Every Simply Neon sign is made to order, just for you. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get it to your door — and where you stand if something isn’t right.

Production time
Please allow 5–7 working days for your sign to be made before it ships. We’ll email you when your order is on its way.
Delivery options
Standard UK delivery is £4.99 and free on orders over £100. Your sign is shipped fully tracked and carefully packaged to arrive safe and sound.
Ordering for a wedding or event?
Let us know your date when you order. We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks ahead of your event to allow time for design approval, production and delivery.
Returns
Custom and personalised signs
Because custom signs are made to your exact specification, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production has started. This is in line with UK consumer law for personalised goods and doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Ready-made designs
Changed your mind? No problem. Let us know within 14 days of delivery and return the sign unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving it back. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
Please check your sign on arrival and contact us within 48 hours with a photo of any damage. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or full refund, including postage — whichever you prefer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject a faulty item for a full refund.
Our 2-year guarantee
Every sign is covered by a 2-year guarantee against electrical faults in normal indoor use. If anything stops working, get in touch and we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
