How do I order a custom neon sign?
Use our Create Your Own page to design your sign, or send us your idea or logo through the contact page and we’ll come back with a free design mockup and quote.
Can I see my design before it goes into production?
Yes. Every custom order receives a free digital mockup, and nothing is made until you approve it.
Can you make signs from a logo or drawing?
Yes — send us your artwork and we’ll turn it into a neon design. Business logos, wedding monograms, illustrations and handwriting are all possible.
Product & Safety
Are LED neon signs safe?
Yes. Our signs use low-voltage LED neon flex, so they run cool to the touch and contain no glass tubes or gases — safe for homes, bedrooms and businesses.
Do neon signs get hot?
No. LED neon produces very little heat, even after hours of use.
How long do LED neon signs last?
With normal use you can expect over 30,000 hours of life — years of everyday glow.
Can I use my sign outdoors?
Our standard signs are designed for indoor use. If you need an outdoor sign, contact us before ordering and we can quote for a weatherproof version.
How do I hang my sign?
Every sign arrives on a clear acrylic backing with pre-drilled holes and a mounting kit included. It plugs into a standard UK socket — no electrician needed.
Delivery
How long will my sign take to arrive?
Every sign is made to order. Please allow 5–7 working days for production, plus delivery time. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £4.99, and free on orders over £100.
Returns & Guarantee
Can I return a custom sign?
Because personalised signs are made to your exact specification, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on custom orders — this doesn’t affect your legal rights if an item is faulty. Ready-made designs can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
What if my sign arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes — every sign is covered by our 2-year guarantee against electrical faults.
Colour Accuracy
Will my sign look exactly like the photos?
Very close — but cameras and screens can’t fully capture the depth and glow of real neon, so a slight difference between the photo and the finished sign is normal and doesn’t affect quality. Your sign will match the design, layout and colour you approve at the mockup stage.
Safety & Care
Are LED neon signs safe to leave on?
Our signs run on safe, low-voltage power and stay cool to the touch, so they’re ideal for long evenings of glow. Like any electrical item, we recommend switching off when nobody’s around.
How do I care for my sign?
Switch it off and dust with a soft, dry cloth — no sprays or solvents. Keep indoor signs away from damp, don’t cover the cable or power supply, and always hang your sign using the mounting kit supplied.
What if my sign stops working?
Please don’t open the sign or attempt a repair yourself. Get in touch with your order number and we’ll put it right — every sign is covered by our 2-year guarantee against electrical faults.
